A real conversation about something that changed my life...psilocybin.

The news cycle is terrible, and the world is awash with negativity. It occurred to me that you might be feeling the pressure of this insane world (we all are)...

This is just my own story. Maybe it'll help you!

For the past ten years, I've microdosed psilocybin as a way to keep my brain healthy, and maneuver through life with more joy.
