Rule #1 Post Constantly...NOPE

I focus on quality...and never quantity.

I upload an average of two videos per month (sometimes less).

A healthy multi-six-figure-per-year business, every year since 2010...aka millions of dollars in profits MANY times over added up over 15 years. WITHOUT being a "content slave".

Rule #2 Get on Sales Calls...NO

I have never once taken a sales call. ​

​My videos are my "sales calls" and my customers email ME on a daily basis asking "how do I work with you? Please! Name your price!"

New customers will be hunting you down every day too, when you create ✨ high quality ✨ videos that help them to see your genius in action!

Rule #3 Obsess about Analytics...NO

I hardly ever to into my YouTube analytics dashboard

YouTube is not a numbers game. It's a game of CREATING GREAT VIDEOS. That's it. Focus on creating great videos that help your people.

Fiddling in the numbers and analytics dashboard is a waste of time.

Rule #4 Follow What's Trending...NOPE

I don't care what's trending. I refuse to care. Trends do not grow profits, meaning, or connection.

I don't care if it's currently trending to post 15 short form videos per day.

I don't care if it's currently trending to do commentary videos about TikTok Utah Mom drama.

I'm not here to tap dance for algorithms. I'm here to create something fresh and honest and human.

You're not here to play to the gallery. You're here to be a visionary. Don't let "what's trending" shape your work. Make your work so good that YOU'RE creating the trends.

Rule #5 Busy Work....NO 😎

There's a long list of things we can be doing at any time. But just because we CAN doesn't mean we NEED to.

🤔 Ask the question "Do I NEED to be doing this?"
🤔 Also ask "Has this task generated profits in the past?"
🤔 Also ask "Does this bring me joy?"

If the answer is no to ANY of the above...it is busy work. And you don't need to do it 💃

If it doesn't spark joy, let's get rid of it.

For example, many clients come to me thinking they need to answer every YouTube & IG comment because their "coaches" tell them to 😵‍💫. No. lol. Let's not.

This is the kind of thing coaches do to keep you busy so you feel like you're getting something done (they need to justify their fees of course).

Do LESS to grow your business. Either get rid of the task altogether, or hire someone off of Upwork.com to do it for you (not affiliated)

Start breaking the rules...like ALL THE TIME.
