My mind held me back in many ways for years. Let me give you a quick list of examples.

The Mind-Trash I Carried

1. "I'm not that kind of person. They're...special & I'm not." when looking at literally ANYONE doing ANYTHING successfully.....I even had this thought AFTER hitting my first six figure year, my first five figure day, etc etc.​

2. "If I make too much money, I won't be seen as feminine"...That early 20s internalized misogyny hits hard, bro 😂 ...Thank God I grew out of this kind of nonsense hahaha!
   ​
3. "Business success means less freedom"...This is actually true if you don't know how to delegate. Which leads me to....
   ​
4. "It's faster & better if I do it all myself"....The untrained mind will prove itself right. And this led me to spinning 50 plates when I only should've been spinning 3. Hire help, ASAP.
   
5. "I'm not there yet"...This is the most dangerous of all mind-trash. This sense that RIGHT NOW is not good enough...and that once I hit a certain number it will be....
   ​
   *spoiler alert 👉 that feeling of good enough never magically appeared for me after a high sales day. Feeling "good enough" and "arriving" is a choice I had to make.
   ​
6. "It matters what they think" ...I secretly cared *so much* how I was perceived. This led to censoring how I spoke and what I offered....and that really blocked my business success.
   ​
   When I started speaking honestly despite my discomfort, I saw it's TRUE that some people don't like me when I'm being "me"...and that's awesome because WHY WOULD I WANT THOSE PEOPLE AS MY CUSTOMERS OR AUDIENCE IF THEY....don't like me?!?!?! lololol!
   ​
7. "I can't teach live. It'll be too complicated & overwhelming"...I prefer teaching live now, and this grew my business SO MUCH.
   ​
8. "I can't do this. I can't do this. I can't do this" .... Every challenge was met with this mantra before I trained my mind.
   ​
   Now I use "Let's do it. Let's do it. Let's do it." If there's ever something I truly "can't" do...I go back to lesson 4 and hire someone who can.
   ​

Despite the mind-trash, I still grew my business. Here's How...

I'm sharing all of this mind-trash because I want you to know the mind-trash is normal. We all have mind-trash.

Here's how I grew my business DESPITE the mind trash. 👉 I write down my definite choices, and take daily actions.

Actions retrain the mind.

Actions clear the mind-trash.

Actions lead to mind-altering results that prove the gremlin wrong.

If you make definite choices, focus on them, and take sincere action to the best of your ability, it will always work out in divine order.
